SAVORY Grilled Cheese

We have endless possibilities for a classic Grilled Cheese made savory. Here are a few of our favorite combinations:

Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Using your favorite rustic bread, slather with the savory condiment on one side, add any other ingredients, top with cheese (sliced or grated), add the second piece of bread, and place in the skillet. Fry until lightly golden brown on one side, then flip and do the same on the other.
