4 C. (Total) Vegetables
½ C. Chopped fresh herbs
½ C. Cheese
½ C. Vinaigrette

Greek Orzo - Lemon Vinaigrette: Orzo, Kalamata olives, spinach, feta, dill, pine nuts
Italian Pasta - Herbal Balsamic Vinaigrette: Pasta, tomatoes, arugula, olives, fresh mozzarella, basil
Middle Eastern Tabbouleh - Garlic Vinaigrette: Bulgur, garbanzos, cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, mint
American Grain Bowl - Honey Mustard Vinaigrette: Quinoa, raw or steamed broccoli florets, dried cranberries, chives, parsley
