Raspberry Teriyaki Sauce

This original recipe transforms Raspberry Shrub into the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Mix it up and enjoy as a dip, marinade, simmer sauce and more.

INGREDIENTS
1/3 C. Tait Farm Raspberry Shrub
1/3 C. water
1/3 C. tamari
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. grated fresh garlic
1/8 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 tsp. cornstarch

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk together briskly. Stirring constantly, bring to a simmer over medium heat until thickened and glossy.

USES
