Honey Bees' Knees 

You’ll be all abuzz about this tingly sweet-tart drink!

1 ½ oz. gin of your choice
½ oz. Tait Farm Lemon Shrub
1 tsp. honey
Champagne
lemon peel (for garnish)

Add ingredients to shaker with a generous amount of ice. Shake & strain into a coupe glass. Top with a splash of Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel.
