Holiday Charcuterie Board

Nothing says festive like a carefully curated board of sweet and savory pairings. Here are a few of our favorite selections.

Ingredients

2-3 Tait Farm Chutneys and Conserves - (our favorites this time of ear include Spiced Pear Chutney, Apple Chutney, Ginger Peach Chutney, Fig & Honey Conserve, and Holiday Conserve)

2 -3 cheeses - sliced or whole

Salami - sliced

Artisan crackers

Fresh fruit: apple and/or pear slices, grapes…

Nuts: almonds (Marcona are a favorite), walnuts, pecans…

Spoon the chutney/conserve into small dishes or ramekins and arrange a distance apart on the board.

Place the cheese near the chutneys.

Surround with the other elements; keeping things in clusters and paying attention to contrasting colors, textures and flavors.

Make sure to have spreaders and a good cheese knife or cheese plane when presenting a whole cheese.
