The Moxie

A sweet-tart drink that makes for a refreshing cocktail hour sip or enjoyable addition to a light brunch.

2 oz. light rum
1 oz. Tait Farm Grapefruit Shrub
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
8 drops Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters (or ‘Creole’ bitters)
Pinch of salt
Ice
Lime wedge for garnish

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into chilled stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
