Ginger Lime Spritzer

For a fun, non-alcoholic beverage - skip the vodka and avoid the inevitable "Why aren't you drinking?” question at parties.​

1½ oz. Vodka
¾ oz. Tait Farm Lime Shrub
¾ oz. Tait Farm Ginger Shrub
sparkling water or seltzer
lemon twist

Shake shrub and Vodka with ice and pour into a champagne flute. Fill with chilled sparkling water (or to taste). Garnish with fresh lemon twist.
