Kale Caesar Salad
A new take on the classic Caesar takes advantage of hearty and nutritious kale.
kale (curly, Russian or baby kale)
Tait Farm Garlic Vinaigrette
croutons (homemade or packaged)
finely grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
If using large-leaved kale, remove the stem and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place kale into a salad bowl along with the cheese. Drizzle generously with the vinaigrette. Toss to coat well. The kale will begin to wilt slightly. Add the croutons and briefly toss. Garnish with additional cheese and croutons.
