Football Cheese Ball & Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. soft cream cheese

½ tsp. garlic powder

4 oz. (1 stick) butter, softened

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

1 Tbs. chives (dried or freshly chopped)

1 C. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Tait Farm Chutney

Mix together all the ingredients (except nuts) until creamy. Form the cheese mixture into the shape of a football; roll in chopped nuts, and make the stitches using thin slices of white cheddar cheese.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Take out at least 1 hour before serving to soften.

Serve on a cracker with a Tait Farm Chutney.
