Dessert Board
There’s something wonderfully whimsical about sweet treats artfully arranged on a board or platter. Here are a few of our favorite components:
ingredients:
Tait Farm Chocolate Sauce (Sour Cherry, Raspberry or Strawberry)
Salted Caramel Sauce
Mini biscotti
Chocolate covered pretzels
Shortbread cookies
Chocolate covered toffee
Fresh fruit: clementine segments - sliced pears - dried fruit
Pour the chocolate and caramel sauces into ramekins.
Space at a distance from each other on the board.
Surround the sauces with the added elements, keeping them in clusters.
Garnish with fruit.
Add small cocktail forks and spreaders for the sauces.
