Crispy Prosciutto Crostini
These little appetizer bites are big on flavor and lots of tasty possibilities.
INGREDIENTS:
Small toasted baguette rounds (or purchased Bruschettini)
Soft Herb Cheese such as Boursin, Alouette or Goat Cheese
Prosciutto
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Cut prosciutto into ribbons and place in small, neat piles on the baking sheet. Bake 10-20 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
Spread the herb cheese onto the baguette rounds. Dollop a small spoonful of the Onion Jam on the cheese. Top with crispy prosciutto.
*Tait Farm Foods’ Fig & Olive Relish, Apple Pepper Jelly or Cranberry Pepper Jelly would also work well.
