Sparkling Cranberry Cosmopolitan

This classy cosmo comes to us from our friends at Gigi’s Southern Table in State College. Best enjoyed with good food and good company!

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Orange Liqueur (Combier or Cointreau)
3/4 oz. Tait Farm Cranberry Shrub
1 oz. Champagne or Prosecco
Squeeze of lime wedge
Lime twist, frozen cranberries (for garnish)

In a shaker with ice combine all ingredients. Shake & strain into a martini glass, top w/ champagne. Garnish with a lime twist and/or cranberries.
