Brie with Chutney & Nuts

INGREDIENTS:​

  • Brie or Camembert rounds

  • 1 jar of any Tait Farm Chutney

  • Nuts: walnuts, pecans, shaved almonds, pine nuts, pistachios

  • Crusty bread or crackers

Choose your favorite Brie and chutney. Stir some chopped nuts into the chutney, reserving some to garnish the top. Generously spoon over the cheese. Sprinkle with the reserved nuts.

  • Cranberry Chutney with pecans and pistachios

  • Apple Chutney with walnuts

  • Ginger Peach Chutney with shaved almonds

  • Spiced Pear Chutney with walnuts or pecans

  • Rhubarb Chutney with pine nuts or shaved almonds

For Baked Brie: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the topped brie in a small baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, or just until the sides of the cheese start to droop. Cool 5 minutes before serving with crusty bread.
