Wild Blueberry Mimosa

We’ve replaced the orange juice of a traditional mimosa with our Wild Blueberry Shrub to create this bright and full-flavored version.

1 oz. Tait Farm Wild Blueberry Shrub
5 oz. champagne or Prosecco
Slice of orange

Pour the Wild Blueberry Shrub into a stemmed glass. Top with the champagne. Garnish with the orange slice.
