
Watermelon & Feta Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon, cut into bite sized chunks
Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
Cucumber, peeled and diced
Fresh mint, coarsely chopped
VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbs. Tait Farm Lime Mint Shrub
6 Tbs. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Artfully arrange the watermelon, feta and and cucumber in a salad bowl or platter. Sprinkle with mint. Drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately.
