Turkey & Feta Cheeseburger

Looking for a different take on a cheeseburger for your next barbecue? Light and tasty with fresh herbs and feta cheese, this is the perfect sandwich for our tangy Tomato Chutney.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground turkey

1 small onion ((approximately ¼ C.), finely diced

¼ C. chopped parsley

½ C. feta cheese, crumbled

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Tomato Chutney

Combine the ground turkey with the cheese, parsley, onions and pepper. Form into four burgers (or eight ‘sliders’). Grill or pan fry the burgers until no longer pink in the center. Serve on grilled buns with lettuce and a big dollop of Tomato Chutney.
