INGREDIENTS:

5 oz. Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Prosecco

1 oz. Tait Farm Shrub flavor of your choice

Chilled sparkling water

Ice and fresh fruit for garnish

Fill a wine glass 2∕3 full with ice.

Add white wine, shrub, top with sparkling water, and stir gently.

Garnish with fresh fruit and/or herbs.
