
Shrub Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbs. Tait Farm Shrub (see flavor ideas below)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
6 Tbs. oil, safflower, canola or light olive
Whisk all the ingredients together until emulsified.
FAVORITE COMBINATIONS:
Raspberry Shrub Vinaigrette: spring mix, sliced pears, blue cheese, and walnuts
Ginger Shrub Vinaigrette: Asian greens, snow peas, radishes, and grated carrot
Lemon, Lime or Orange Shrub Vinaigrette: spring mix, sliced oranges, and avocado
Strawberry Basil Shrub Vinaigrette: spinach, feta cheese, fresh strawberries, and pine nuts
Spiced Apple Shrub Vinaigrette: mixed greens, sliced apples, blue cheese, and walnuts
Cranberry Shrub Vinaigrette: mixed greens, dried cranberries, and pecans
Spiced Vanilla Pear Shrub Vinaigrette:
mixed greens, sliced pears, gorgonzola, and chopped hazelnuts
