
White Wine Sangria
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Tait Farm Shrub (Lemon, Raspberry, Rhubarb. Peach, Sour Cherry, and Strawberry Basil are especially nice)
1 bottle dry white wine (Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc recommended)
1 liter bottle chilled sparkling water
Mixed fresh fruit of choice to match the Shrub flavor
Ice
In a large pitcher combine the shrub, wine and chosen fruit. Let flavors
combine and infuse for half an hour.
Just before serving, add ice and the sparkling water.

Rhubarb Shrub, strawberries and oranges
Peach Shrub, peaches and raspberries
