INGREDIENTS:

3 oz Ginger Beer

1 oz. Tait Farm Shrub

2-4 oz. Sparkling Water

Combine the ginger beer and Shrub into a shaker. Shake well. Pour into a glass over ice.

Garnish with fresh fruit and/or fresh herb.
