
Raspberry Teriyaki Sauce
This original recipe transforms Raspberry Shrub into the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Mix it up and enjoy it as a simmer sauce, dip, marinade or basting sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 C. Tait Farm Raspberry Shrub
1/3 C. water
1/3 C. tamari
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. grated fresh garlic
1/8 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 tsp. cornstarch
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk together briskly. Continue to stir constantly, bring to a simmer over medium heat until thickened and glossy.
Favorite uses:
- Stir-fried vegetables, chicken or meat; rice or noodles
- Marinade for chicken, beef, pork, tofu, and portobello mushrooms
- Dipping sauce for egg rolls, spring rolls, and lettuce wraps
- Basting sauce for grilled salmon, shrimp, and scallops
