Pierogi Salad

Elevate your pasta salad game with pierogis! Adapt your recipe ingredients based on your preferred Tait Farm Vinaigrette.

We recommend using 12 oz. frozen mini cheese pierogis for our salad combinations. Boil the pierogis according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water until cool. Drain well. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and toss with the Vinaigrette. Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
ITALIAN VERSION:

Mini cheese pierogis, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cup black olives, 2+ cups of baby spinach or arugula, Chopped fresh basil or parsley, Herbal Balsamic or Garlic Vinaigrette

GREEK VERSION:

Mini cheese pierogis, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved, 1/2 cup kalamata olives, 1 cup sliced cucumber, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 2+ cups baby spinach, Chopped fresh dill or oregano, Tait Farm Lemon Vinaigrette

GERMAN VERSION:

Mini cheese pierogis, 1/2 C. chopped onion, 2+ cups of baby spinach, 1/2 C. chopped parsley, 6 slices of bacon crumbled, Tait Farm Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
