
No Bake Cheesecake Squares
A fuss-free way to prep a scrumptious treat that sets in the fridge. You’ll love how easy these are to whip up for dessert, perfect for family or crowds.
CRUST INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbs. melted butter
- 2 Tbs. sugar
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar of any Tait Farm Jam or Conserve
Combine the butter and sugar with the cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into an 8"x8" pan. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add the cream, beating well until smooth. Pour into the pan, smoothing the top. Chill for 8- 12 hours. Spoon the jam over the top of the chilled cheesecake. Cut into squares, wiping the knife between cuts.
