Marinated Vegetables
Our Marinated Vegetables are soaked in our vinaigrettes, making them tender and full of flavor. Vegetables are best marinated for at least several hours, preferably overnight. Add enough vinaigrette to coat them generously.
FAVORITE COMBINATIONS:
Lemon Vinaigrette: Pitted black and/or green olives, fresh thyme, fresh bay leaves, grated lemon zest.
Garlic Vinaigrette: Roasted red bell peppers and artichoke hearts, chopped fresh oregano or parsley.
Herbal Balsamic Vinaigrette: Boil mushrooms for 5 minutes and drain well before adding vinaigrette. Garnish before serving with fresh rosemary or thyme.
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette: Oven roast baby potatoes until tender. Add vinaigrette while they are still warm. Optional: Roast kielbasa alongside the potatoes. Or add crumbled bacon at the end. Serve while still warm.
