London Broil Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Raspberry Shrub
  • 1 cup red wine*
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T crushed red hot pepper flakes
  • 1-2-inch knob ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 2 large cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • ½ c fresh basil leaves, chopped

Mix all ingredients and pour over London Broil in a glass dish. Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Turn meat over halfway through marinating. When ready to cook, turn gas grill to medium-high heat and cook to preferred temperature.
