London Broil Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Raspberry Shrub
- 1 cup red wine*
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- ¼ c olive oil
- 2 T honey
- 1 T crushed red hot pepper flakes
- 1-2-inch knob ginger root, peeled and minced
- 2 large cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced
- Juice from ½ lime
- ½ c fresh basil leaves, chopped
Mix all ingredients and pour over London Broil in a glass dish. Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Turn meat over halfway through marinating. When ready to cook, turn gas grill to medium-high heat and cook to preferred temperature.
* Woodbridge Cabernet Sauvignon suggested.
