Fruit Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:

8 C. prepared summer fruit (a mix is particularly nice)
1 package of Tait Farm Buttermilk Drop Biscuit Mix (plus ingredients needed)
1 jar of Tait Farm Jam
2 Tbs. butter, melted
Sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a deep 9”x 13” baking dish.
Stir the jam into the fruit and spread in the prepared dish. Make the biscuits according to instructions on the package. Using a spoon, evenly dollop the biscuit batter over top the fruit. It’s fine for there to be spaces in-between. Brush the biscuits with the melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Place the baking dish on a sheet pan (to catch any overflow).

Bake for 40 -50 min; or until the biscuits are golden brown. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
