Fig & Honey Layered Dip
Served warm or cold, this layered dip is a creamy and crunchy combination of sweet and savory.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread*
Tait Farm Fig & Honey Conserve
Chopped Pistachios
Hot Honey
Crackers, crostini or bread
Spread the herb garlic cream cheese into the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish (if serving warm) or plate (if serving cold). Top with a layer of Fig & Honey Conserve.
If desired, bake at 350°F for 15-20 min. until bubbly or proceed to next step.
Top with crushed pistachios. Drizzle hot honey on top to add a surprising kick of flavor. Serve with lightly salted crackers, crostini or bread.
*Boursin, Alouette, or homemade herb garlic cream cheese all work well.
