
Coleslaws with Mustard Dressing
Unique sweet and savory coleslaws are easily made with Tait Farm Mustards. Below are our favorite flavor combinations, but feel free to try making your own!
INGREDIENTS:
4 C. total vegetables: grated cabbage, plus any others of your choice - you pick!
1/4 C. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. any Tait Farm Mustard
salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard. Fold into the slaw. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
Flavor Variations:
Asian - Ginger Mustard, Napa cabbage, carrots, scallions, peanuts
Festive - Cranberry Mustard, green & red cabbage, dried cranberries, pecans
Pennsylvania Dutch - Honey Mustard, green cabbage, diced apples, bacon
Island - Mango Habanero Mustard, green cabbage, diced mango, black beans, cilantro
