A longtime customer favorite, our Classic Cheddar Cheeseball is a deliciously easy addition to any gathering! Made even more special with your favorite Tait Farm Savory Condiment, it’s a timeless crowd-pleaser meant for sharing.

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. soft butter 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. crumbled bacon bits or finely chopped pecans or walnuts - you choose!
Tait Farm Savory Condiments (Pepper Jellies, Chutneys, Sweet Onion Jam)

Mix together the cream cheese, butter, cheddar and garlic powder; until well combined and creamy.
Form into two balls. Flatten into a “Brie” shaped disk. Roll in either the bacon bits or nuts. Wrap and chill.

Before serving, make an indentation in the top of the cheeseball and spoon a generous amount of the chosen condiment over top. 
Serve with crackers. Makes two Cheeseballs.
