INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Cherry Amaretto Shrub

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup*

1 oz. egg white

Luxardo cherry for garnish

*To make simple syrup: equal parts water & sugar, heat on the stove until sugar dissolves. Chill in the refrigerator.

Add ingredients to a shaker, dry shake (no ice) until well combined. Add ice & continue to shake until chilled & foamy. Strain into a coupe (no ice). Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
