A champagne toast is a tradition of celebration. At Tait Farm, we add a splash of Shrub to the champagne or prosecco for a boost of fruity flavor. For a non-alcoholic version skip the alcohol altogether so that everyone can a rasie a glass of good cheer.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. any Tait Farm Foods Shrub

5 oz. champagne or Prosecco

Pour the Shrub of your choice into a stemmed glass.

Top with the champagne.

Garnish with fresh fruit peel and/or herbs as desired.

Sweet tooth? Add a splash of ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.

Non-Alcoholic Version - skip the champagne and add sparkling water or a mix of sparkling water and lemon-lime soda or gingerale.
