Each of our 5 sauces has its own ethnic origin with a Tait Farm
fruit twist.
Cherry Chipotle uses the traditional Southwest flavors of
chipotle chilies, lime, garlic and cilantro, in addition to the
unique flavor of sour cherries. It is a mildly spicy table sauce
used over polenta, beans, rice, fajitas and eggs.
Kiwi Caribbean is a blend of tropical island flavors like
fresh fruit, lime and spices, perfect for fish, shrimp and chicken,
mixed with coconut milk as a dipping sauce, or as a mildly spicy
table sauce over grains. This is made with Pennsylvania grown hardy
kiwi berries.
Raspberry Grille is a perfect roasting, basting and grilling
sauce. Its beautiful spicy flavor comes from the combination of
raspberries, tomatoes, oranges, coriander and chipotle chilies.
It is great on chicken, beef, pork and salmon, as well as tofu,
tempeh and roasted vegetables.
Raspberry Teriyaki is a blend of traditional Japanese ingredients
with the special addition of raspberry. It is terrific in stir-fry,
for grilling beef, chicken and fish, and as a table sauce.
Asian Plum Sauce is an eclectic oriental sauce, made with
a blend of red miso, plums and spices. This robust and delicate,
sweet and salty combination is perfect for Asian noodle and rice
dishes, dipping eggrolls, as well as for grilling chicken, fish,
pork and tofu.
