Jams, Preserves & Conserves
We use over a half pound of fresh fruit in every jar of these products and very small amounts of unbleached cane sugar (approximately 1/3 the amount of sugar as commercial brands). They taste just like eating fresh fruit and you will immediately know the difference.

Apple Butter
Our Apple Butter is made the old-fashioned way in an open copper kettle and cooked over a wood fire. It contains no sweeteners or spices.

Apricot Butter
We had an apricot tree in the backyard where I grew up and I fondly remember popping ripe fruits right in my mouth! This apricot butter is as close to that flavor as I have ever tasted!
