Tait Farm Tailgate Board
Tailgate Board for the Win! Step up your game with a crowd-pleasing sharing board. This interactive way to pregame or entertain is a fun and festive way to get everyone in the spirit!
Create your tailgate board using:
Salami – thinly sliced
Pretzels
Fruits and Veggies- apples, carrot, celery, peppers
Smoked Gouda, Horseradish Cheddar, Havarti
Crackers, pita chips, sliced baguette
Cheddar Cheese Football Ingredients:
8 oz. soft cream cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. (1 stick) butter, softened
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbs. chives (dried or freshly chopped)
1 C. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Mix together all the ingredients (except nuts) until creamy. Form the cheese mixture into the shape of a football; roll in chopped nuts, and make the stitches using thin slices of white cheese.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Take out at least 1 hour before serving to soften.
Serve with a Tait Farm Chutney. Enjoy!
*For best results, assemble board right before serving.
