Honey Habanero  Wings

This appetizer is a crowd pleaser! The wings can be prepared the day before and kept refrigerated, then just add a little more sauce and pop them under the broiler for a minute to reheat before serving.

2 lbs. chicken wings
1 Tbs. of your favorite rub (or 1 tsp. each salt & paprika, + 1/2 tsp. each black pepper & garlic powder)

Sauce:
1/4 C. Tait Farm Mango Habanero Mustard
1 1/2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar (or lime juice)
1/4 tsp. salt

Pat wings dry with paper towels. Put into a large bowl, sprinkle on rub, and toss. Grill the wings until cooked through (about 20 minutes). Alternately, place the wings on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until cooked through, approximately 30 minutes. Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Brush the wings with the sauce and return to the grill or the oven for approximately 5 minutes. Serves 4 as an appetizer.
