Smoked Turkey & Havarti Grilled Cheese

The watercress or arugula can also be added after the sandwich is cooked, for crunchier greens.

rye or pumpernickel bread
smoked turkey
Havarti cheese (or other favorite melty cheese)
Tait Farm Cranberry Mustard
mayonnaise
watercress (or arugula)
butter or oil for frying​

Spread the inside of each slice of bread with mayonnaise and a generous slather of the Cranberry Mustard. Layer a couple of slices of the smoked turkey, some watercress, and then finish with cheese. Top with the other slice of bread. Melt some butter (or oil) in a skillet over medium heat. Lay the sandwich down and fry until golden on one side. Carefully flip the sandwich and fry until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.​
